InFI Success Story 018 – Premnath
Premnath, disciplined, hardworking and committed engineering fresher joined 15th batch of InFI’s IT-Infrastructure Support engineer program in April 2012. He has learned, practiced and worked on Desktop H/W and Environment to build expert skills to troubleshoot and fix issues.
Premanth skills include desktop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. He was trained in ITIL basics, to understand and be part of the IT Support process in a matured organization. He has got a very strong knowledge of service desk, wi-fi, and local networks.
InFI has deployed Premnath to manage network desktops at Origin-ITFS for 6 months as part of InFIemployment program. He is currently working for an IT Services company as a permanent employee.
